‘Voice’ is a group of customers who have volunteered to give us honest feedback.
The great thing about Voice is that it is a ‘virtual’ consultation group. This means that there are not meetings to attend and you can comment in the comfort of your own home via email or post.
The information that you give us is collated and feedback to Senior Managers and Heads of Housing so they can make improvements and service developments with your comments in mind.

How you perceive your home and its surroundings may be very different to how we think you view it. This is why we want to gain a clearer understanding of your ideas and what is important to you.
