Estate Walkabouts

Our neighbourhood/housing officers like to keep on top of current issues by visiting our neighbourhoods to carry out Estate Walkabouts.

Estate Walkabouts, customers looking at building modelYou can help by walking around with them and pointing out physical problems that your are experiencing, such as graffiti or damage to fencing.

All residents are invited to take part and are informed of the walkabouts and the meeting points. There may also be a representative from the Police or the local councilor.

A list of dates are scheduled for each area for the year. For a copy or to know when your next walkabout is taking place, you can contact your local office. 

What happens to the feedback?

It’s collated by the Neighbourhood Manager who ensures that the issues raised are dealt with. The local Area Customer Liaison Panel also monitor the walkabout reports at their meetings. They may also be discussed at residents associations.
